Welcome to The Travel Points Rebel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Champagne Upgrade course and any other products, content, or services offered by The Travel Points Rebel (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our content, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

2. Course Access and Use

  • You will receive lifetime access to The Champagne Upgrade course materials unless otherwise stated. If the course is dismantled at any time, you will be provided advance notice to download the information.

  • Access is for individual use only. Sharing login details, downloading, distributing, or reselling the course content is strictly prohibited.

  • Course content is subject to updates and improvements over time.

3. Payments and Fees

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Systeme.io.

  • By completing your purchase, you authorize The Travel Points Rebel to charge your selected payment method.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payments are up to date.

4. Refunds and Guarantee

Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

However, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our system. We guarantee that you will be able to book your first flight using points even if it requires personalized guidance from our team to help you make your first redemption.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in The Champagne Upgrade including text, images, videos, frameworks (including the F.R.E.E. Method), and supporting documents are the intellectual property of The Travel Points Rebel.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or repurpose any materials without express written consent.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

At times, The Travel Points Rebel may share affiliate links to recommended tools, services, or travel partners. If you purchase through these links, we may receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend resources we personally use and trust.

7. Disclaimer

The Champagne Upgrade provides educational information only. We are not licensed financial advisors. All information provided is based on personal experience and publicly available data on loyalty programs.
